General terms and conditions for contracting services

 

All our orders and subcontracts consist of two parts:

  • Part A – Specific Conditions – ORDERThis document details the scope, timeframe, and cost of the contracted and negotiated services, as well as the specific aspects negotiated for each opportunity, project, or contract. Should the supplier or contractor wish to renegotiate any point, this agreement must be reflected in this section, which will supersede the conditions established in Part B.
  • Part B – General ConditionsThis document sets out the general terms and conditions applicable to all our orders, which are not modifiable unless otherwise agreed in Part A

Data Protection (RGPD):

In cases where the ORDER involves the processing of personal data, the Parties will sign the Data Processor Agreement on behalf of GHENOVA, in compliance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
