Narrative description of the project:

Engineering framework agreement for the construction, repair and modernization of naval assets of the Brazilian Navy, especially for 2 unfinished patrol vessels (Maracanã and Mangaratiba), which are part of a class of 500-ton patrol vessels, in which the first two units have already been built, commissioned and operational.

Therefore, they come from a pre-project of the DEN (Naval Engineering Board). These vessels will be used, basically, in support actions to the activities affected by the Naval Inspection and exercise in the territorial sea, contiguous zone and exclusive economic zone (EEZ), according to Brazilian legislation.

GHENOVA scope of work:

Consulting for the technical definition of the reference agreement:

– As Built documents.

– Preparation and review of basic design documents.

– Preparation and review of detailed design documents.

– Issuance of technical reports.

– Generation of technical documentation for the Brazilian Navy.

– Vessel inspection and survey;
