Seville. 02 March, 2021. GHENOVA continues its policy of growth and diversification of services with the acquisition of PERAMA Ingeniería, experts in maintenance engineering and asset management software (Asset Managment SW). In this way, GHENOVA adds a new company to its group, which joins the recently incorporated in the digital services area, BeOneSec (cybersecurity) and Soologic Technological Solutions (information systems, naval and defence).
PERAMA, based in Madrid, is an expert in maintenance engineering and asset management software (Asset Management SW). It also has extensive experience in integrated logistics support (ALI) and asset life cycle support (ACV), both in the civil and defence sectors, with a special presence in the naval sector, although it has diversified over the years to other sectors. Its services provide solutions to any problem that may arise in the field of complex systems maintenance management, materials, spare parts, warehousing, technical documentation and training.
The two companies have been collaborating on a regular basis for many years, and now they are combining their capacities and references. GHENOVA’s objective with this new acquisition is to strengthen and expand its range of services and its customer base. On the other hand, the international presence of GHENOVA, with offices in 5 countries and projects in more than 25, as well as its sectorial diversification in naval, defence, energy, industry, infrastructures and aeronautics, will facilitate a greater penetration of PERAMA’s services and solutions, integrated with those already offered by GHENOVA.
PERAMA has been developing and commercialising for years the SIMAN ( Integral Maintenance System) software, which allows a wide range of organisations and complex institutions to plan and execute efficiently the of organisations and complex institutions the planning and execution in an efficient way of the maintenance of their assets, both at individual and corporate or fleet levels. This software allows a high degree of customisation, which makes SIMAN highly adaptable to different situations and needs.
One of the main objectives of PERAMA’s incorporation to the GHENOVA Group is the evolution and integration of SIMAN with the developments in digital twins that the company has been carrying out since the launch of its GHENOVA360 unit, specialised in computer simulation and digital twins.
“The future of maintenance goes from being preventive to predictive, based on the power provided by digital twins, thanks to a high level of asset sensorisation (IoT) and complex simulation techniques, supported by tools such as geolocation, big data, machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence,” GHENOVA said.
Our company participates in projects of high technological complexity for some of the world’s largest firms in the naval and offshore sectors (oil & gas and renewables), industry and energy, infrastructure, defence and ICT, positioning itself as a reference engineering company in Spain, Europe and Latin America.
