The Director of Operations of GHENOVA Brazil, Clara Villela Fernandes, offered an interesting talk on Offshore Wind Power on the first day of this great meeting.
GHENOVA has participated from August 16 to 18 in the 16th edition of Navalshore, the main shipbuilding, platform and maintenance event in Latin America. A meeting point for the shipbuilding industry that brings together national and international shipowners, shipyards, manufacturers and suppliers in one place.
Our colleague Clara Villela, director of operations, participated offering an interesting talk about Offshore Wind Power on the first day of this great meeting where she presented our participation in the development of technologies for floating offshore wind, the new frontier in the renewables market.
With a platform that allows CAPEX reductions and facilities in the O&M phase, as well as the possibility of hybridizing the project with aquaculture, the technology will allow better use of the wind resource in deeper water areas.
In addition, during the days of the Fair we received the visit of Admiral Cunha, General Director of Material of the Navy, together with Admiral Calherios, Director of Management of Strategic Programs of the Navy, and Admiral Liberal, Industrial Director of the Navy.
For our company it has been very productive to participate in an event of these characteristics and as relevant for the sector as Navalshore.
