MANAGEMENT POLICY
STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES
Quality has become an essential requirement for maintaining existing markets and gaining access to new ones.
Customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement in our organization determine its progress, in terms of efficiency, productivity and adaptation to the socio-economic environment.
Pollution prevention, compliance with external commitments, and environmental respect will characterize our activities and services. To this end, we will not only monitor environmental performance in our offices and among our suppliers, but we will also provide our clients with any environmental improvements and recommendations we identify in the projects we undertake.
The GHENOVA Group is committed to preventing harm to the health of its staff, for which it actively manages all elements of Occupational Health and Safety, eliminating hazards and reducing risks, as well as promoting consultation and participation of all workers.
Achieving these objectives, through the fulfillment of all requirements, including applicable legal requirements and signed commitments, is the mission of all GHENOVA Group personnel, as well as its suppliers and subcontractors.
The Organization, through the analysis and interpretation of the indicators of its processes, is committed to establishing the necessary guidelines to carry out the continuous improvement of the Management System.
Likewise, the GHENOVA Group Management provides the Organization with the necessary human and material resources for the performance of the Management System.
This Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Manual aims to define and establish the necessary guidelines to ensure that all services provided by the Organization meet the required quality standards, with the expected environmental impact and appropriate workplace safety. Therefore, all personnel within the Organization must assume the responsibilities corresponding to their respective positions.
Complying with the guidelines, procedures and instructions applicable to the activities they carry out.
Striving for the constant improvement of the quality of work and the environmental performance and operation of the GHENOVA Group.
The Director of the Integrated Management System assumes responsibility for promoting and supporting the implementation of the Management System described in this Manual.
All holders of the Manual are asked to know it, disseminate it, apply it and contribute to its improvement, to the extent of their respective responsibilities.

BIM Policy
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT POLICY WITH BIM METHODOLOGY
The GHENOVA Group aims to generate a sustainable long-term business model that addresses
the needs and expectations of its stakeholders, identifying and optimizing the areas of
company activity. To guarantee the desired outcome, it believes that the use of a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Management System aligns with our values, which are:

The GHENOVA Group believes that, through BIM management, we are better equipped to meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders, improving the management and results of our projects, by adhering to the following principles:
- We believe that real value can be delivered in a project when information has been developed within a collaborative and data-rich environment. Therefore, we promote a culture of BIM use throughout the organization, among our suppliers, and in the environments where we operate, fostering transparency and teamwork. We strive to create a collaborative environment between our internal teams, our supply chain, and our clients.
- We apply collaborative information models in our BIM projects, ensuring their quality and guaranteeing safe use for clients and users. This ensures that the maximum benefits of using BIM are realized in the project and that all lessons learned are used to drive improvements in the relevant parts of the business and its supply chain.
- We have significant internal capacity to meet the requirements of the industry and our customers, increasing our competitiveness and adaptability by optimizing and digitizing processes to achieve significant savings in time and cost.
