Narrative description of the project:

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is one of the world’s leading cruise lines. In addition to Oceania Cruises, it operates the Norwegian Cruise Line brand, for which Fincantieri is developing the new “Leonardo” class, 6 units to be delivered between 2022 and 2027, and the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand, to which Fincantieri has delivered in 2016 the ultra-luxury ship “Seven Seas Explorer” in Sestri Ponente and is now building a sister ship scheduled for delivery in 2020 in Ancona.

Functional engineering of Mechanical Plants

  • Balances, Process Flow Diagram & correlated activities
  • Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID) & correlated activities

Detail engineering

  • Hull and Outfitting detail design Main Vertical Zone 1 and 2
  • Coordination of Piping, HVAC ducts, cable trays and steel outfitting with iso drawings, arrangement drawings and MTO, including industrialization
