Sevilla, 04 June, 2020. GHENOVA AND BEONESEC make a strategic alliance to position themselves as a reference in cybersecurity in the naval and defence sector, thus culminating a long negotiation period that have allowed the engineering company to acquire BEONESEC’s share capital.
GHENOVA’s entry into the shareholder structure and the implementation of an ambitious business plan for the next 3 years will allow BEONESEC’s services to be expanded to new sectors and international markets, as well as to continue its growth with its main clients in the financial, online gaming and industrial sectors.
GHENOVA has recently made a strong commitment to the Advanced Digital Twin Development Center (GHENOVA360), a new line of business that requires these digital twins to integrate cyber security into their design, which will bring to BEONESEC a new line of service linked to this field.
In this sense, GHENOVA’s CEO, Francisco Cuervas, assures that “the synergies are clear since the positioning of our company in the naval, defence, industry, energy and infrastructure sectors, will allow us to expand BEONESEC’s services to them, while at the same time taking them to other markets where we have presence, such as Europe, Latin America and Australia”.
In addition, BEONESEC is developing cyber security risk management software, to which will be added all of GHENOVA’s experience in the development of R&D&i projects, where it is also counting on the advice of Corporación Tecnológica de Andalucía.
In the words of Fernando Ramos, CEO of BEONEOFF, the founder of BEONESEC, “We are sure that GHENOVA is the ideal partner to make BEONESEC one of the key players in cyber security projects in sectors such as the naval and defence industries. It is very important for us to know that we share the same values and business criteria in order to work comfortably”
“We are at a great time to make the leap into new sectors, taking advantage of our knowledge and the good references we have from our clients, and above all, to begin our internationalization. So far we have had several clients outside Spain, but we are sure that GHENOVA’s enormous international experience will allow us to take this step with every guarantee” said Ramos.

This union is great news for the technology sector, where Spain has continued to position itself for several years now, leading high-value technology projects in the cybersecurity field.
