What is the personnel selection process like?
The usual personnel selection process consists of the following phases:
- Receipt of resume and cover letter.
- Telephone interview with a person from our People and Talent Department.
- Technical interview with a person in charge of the team that has the need.
- Skills assessment test.
- Final interview with the person in charge of the Unit.
