General Terms and Conditions of Services

Contractually, all our orders/subcontracts consist of two documents: Part A – Specific Terms and Conditions, which outlines the detailed scope, time, and cost of services to be performed by the third-party company, and is negotiated and customized for each opportunity, project, or contract; and Part B – General Conditions, which encompasses the standard terms applicable to all our orders without modification. In the event that a subcontractor wishes to renegotiate a particular issue, any changes will be reflected in Part A of the document, which prevails over Part B.
