SUPERVISION OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE BY STANDARDS OF THE SAN RAMÓN – SAN JAVIER – CONCEPCIÓN ROAD

Description of the project:

The Fundamental Route No. 10, being the main link between the center of Santa Cruz and the Chiquitanía area, is considered a national priority within the Road Maintenance Plan of the Bolivian Highway Administration. For this reason, its improvement was carried out with the purpose of returning the road to its operating conditions, for which Ghenova had to review and complement the final design of the improvement works in such a way as to provide a road that is passable all year round. The total length of the project was 131 km.

Financing was provided by FONPLATA, LoanBOL-20/2014 for the works of Rehabilitation of the San Ramón-San Javier-Concepción-Rio Uruguaito Section.

GHENOVA scope of works:

Technical Supervision Services, having as object to verify the Contractor’s compliance with the specified for the management and execution of the construction and maintenance of the “Road Maintenance Program by Degrees of Intervention for the San Ramón – San Javier – Concepción – Rio Uruguaito Stretch” Project. The specific objectives of the Technical Supervision include:  Standards Evaluations, Service Index Evaluations, Maintenance Control, Deadline Control, payments, etc.
