Narrative description of the project
Astilleros Freire is a company currently dedicated to the construction and repair of the most complex and diverse types of vessels. Among its latest constructions is the oceanographic vessel “Belgium” for the Belgian Navy, on which GHENOVA SIMAN has developed during 2019 and 2020 the complete ILS package.
Scope of Ghenova's work
Analysis of VFI documentation.
Creation and updating of the tree of configured elements.
Main equipment FMECA and TNA are studying the creation.
Technical maintenance analysis
Preventive maintenance plan for the vessel.
Preventive and corrective maintenance sheets.
Vessel supply plan (spare parts, consumables, tools, etc.).
Analysis of ground support equipment.
Implementation of SIMAN for LCA and data loading.
