Narrative description of the project
The existing South Thermoelectric Plant supplies power and electric energy to the National Interconnected System (SIN) through four SGT-800 turbines, SIEMES brand, (40 MW each), a 230 KV elevator substation and an estimated gas consumption of 40 MMpcd. The project consists of a cycle closure of these two 2GT/module modules with 2HRSG+1ST per module and adding 2 modules of 2GT+1ST+2HRSG, obtaining a power of 373 Mwe.
