Find out about our recruitment processes

We offer career opportunities for a wide range of technical, IT and management roles within key strategic sectors.

Some of the roles we are most in need of are:

  • Naval, mechanical, chemical, electrical, electronic, civil and industrial engineers
  • Designers and draughtsmen
  • Specialists in structures, installations, calculations and systems
  • Technical project management
  • Software developers, cloud, AI, big data
  • Cybersecurity specialists
  • Engineers specialising in digital transformation and Industry 4.0
  • Experts in digital twins, augmented reality or automation
  • Sustainability and energy efficiency consultants

Depending on the role, a university degree or vocational training is required, as well as knowledge of specific tools and software used in the fields of engineering and technology.

The level of experience required varies depending on the role, ranging from junior to senior positions. We have multidisciplinary teams made up of professionals with varying levels of specialisation and experience, which enriches our projects and fosters collaborative learning.

Language skills—particularly English—are essential for many of our vacancies, given our international reach.

Furthermore, we place particular value on skills such as the ability to learn continuously, a customer- and results-oriented approach, innovation, emotional intelligence, resilience and flexibility in the face of changing environments – key qualities in a global and dynamic context such as ours.

We are committed to streamlined, personable and efficient recruitment processes, both to optimise the onboarding process and to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

The standard process consists of the following stages:

  1. Post the vacancy on LinkedIn and/or on our Ghenova Careers job portal, or contact us via a message on LinkedIn.
  2. Initial contact: A brief phone call with the recruitment team to get to know the candidate, address any initial queries and review key aspects of their profile.
  3. Technical interview: An interview with one of our expert engineers in the relevant field. It lasts approximately one hour and allows us to assess your technical suitability for the project, as well as your key skills.
  4. Second technical interview (only in specific cases): For certain specialist roles or specific projects, a second technical interview may be conducted.

Generally speaking, the selection process usually takes around three or four weeks to complete.

Anyone who is able to enter into a partnership agreement with an educational institution is welcome to join our work placement programme.

  • In the case of universities and business schools, we publish job vacancies via their own platforms.
  • In vocational training centres, we work directly with the teaching staff, who pass on the students’ interest to us.

In addition, any student can apply directly for the vacancies posted on our careers portal: Ghenova Careers – GrowYou.

Each vacancy lists the specific educational requirements, which usually involve a university degree in engineering or advanced vocational training courses in technical disciplines.

No previous experience is required, although we do value language skills—particularly English—as well as a proactive attitude, a desire to learn, the ability to work as part of a team, the willingness to contribute ideas, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
